Because I've been asked a few times.

I don't mind if you use my fanart for icons and fic graphics and the like, provided it's not part of anything you intend to use for monetary profit and provided you don't claim the art is your own. Credit is wonderful but not something I'm going to make a huge fuss over.

There are two exceptions: if the description on a particular piece of art explicitly states that the art is not to be used by anyone but the person it was intended for, and any art of my own characters. Please don't use either of these without my permission.

I have my own website now for traditional media, non-fandom type stuff. If you'd like to see that kind of thing from me, click here: [link] as I don't tend to submit that stuff to DeviantArt anymore. If you leave a comment in the guestbook, please don't mention fandomy things; I'm trying to keep that site a more professional place that I can show to people who would be a bit skeeved by pictures of giant robots.

I've been having health issues. Nothing that's going to kill me, but it has been a bit stressful, hence my quietness here. Not fishing for sympathy, just explaining the vanishing act.

Also, Portal 2. I LOVE IT. GLADoS is amazing, I love that the POV character is a girl, and they did manage to make Wheatly less annoying than Navi.

I think Ocarina of Time still beats it as my favorite console game, though, just because of the sheer amount of sidequests you could do.
